This is an antique engraved portrait of Rev. John Moore, D.D., Archbishop of Canterbury. The image shows Moore dressed in ecclesiastical robes, with a white neckband and dark stole, framed in an oval medallion. His composed expression and formal attire reflect his high-ranking position in the Church of England. Moore served as Archbishop from 1783 until his death in 1805. The surrounding paper shows significant foxing, indicating the print’s age. The engraving is attributed to W. Ridley, published by Vernor & Hood, London.
