This richly colored 1876 lithograph captures the ornate interior decoration of a bowling alley (Kegelbahn) in Berlin. Designed by architects Freitag & Lenzig, the room features intricately painted wooden paneling and a coffered ceiling adorned with floral motifs and animal silhouettes. A prominent brass chandelier hangs centrally, casting dramatic shadows on the walls and benches below. Shelves lined with decorative beer steins and ceramic vessels add to the cozy, tavern-like ambiance. Published as part of the Architekton Skizzenbuch (Architectural Sketchbook), this print was lithographed by W. Loeillot in Berlin.
